Warming & Cooling
To warm
Heat in the microwave according to the instructions supplied with your pillow. Always check the temperature before placing against the skin. Allow to cool completely before reheating.
To cool
Place the pillow in a clean, sealed bag and refrigerate or freeze until comfortably cool. Keep the pillow dry.
Care
Spot clean only. Do not immerse in water or machine wash. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
