Directions for use are simple and versatile :
While resting peacefully, place the pillow gently over your eyes to block out the light, creating calm moments of serenity.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for a refreshing cold pack. Alternatively, warm gently in the microwave (10 second increments at a time to reach the desired temperature) transforming it into a comforting heat pack. Do not over heat.
